The construction of the building was completed in 1989  and was originally known as Citizens Federal Center. It was later named the Fifth Third Bank who then moved to the One Dayton Center in 2009. In 2019, STRATACACHE CEO, Chris Riegel, purchased the building with the goal of reaching new heights of success.
